We appreciate the opportunity to hear from you and serve alongside your church. Here is how the information you share helps us stay in touch.

Information you share

When you send a message or ask about a meeting, we use the name, contact details, church and meeting information, and message you provide to respond and help with your request.

Where forms and messages go

Contact and meeting-form responses are stored privately in Wix. The site owner and collaborators with permission can access them, and form notifications are sent by email. Volunteer applications open in Google Forms, with responses held in private Google Forms and Sheets records accessible to authorized ministry accounts.

Volunteer information and references

We do not send volunteer application records to churches or prison facilities. Information may be shared with authorized Rock of Ages staff. As part of the reference process, we contact the pastor you identify for a reference. Prison facilities use a separate application.

Ministry emails

We use MailerLite for prayer letters and ministry communications, including volunteer application and service follow-up. The prayer-letter signup on our homepage is a separate form from the contact and meeting-request forms.

Services and cookies

Wix hosts this website and its contact forms. Google provides the volunteer Forms and Sheets, Ministry Events calendar, YouTube video, and reCAPTCHA spam checks. Our online giving link opens PayPal. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Wix and embedded services use cookies or similar browser storage for site features. For example, the MailerLite popup uses cookies to remember whether it has been shown. Embedded services may also receive technical information about your visit.

Keeping records

We currently keep submitted records indefinitely. You may contact us with questions or ask us to review a correction or deletion request.
